NOOK is considered to be an innovative and effective re-interpretation of seating furniture. It was created by the award-winning designer Patrick Frey. It is made of VarioLine®, a high-tech plastic never before used in furniture production. And with this, VIAL, manufacturer of the NOOK, has set down an impressive mark. The use of this new material in combination with the special design approach has already earned NOOK the renowned IF Product Design Award 2010. Its distinctive appearance enriches many different living areas. Whether kitchen, bath, hallway, living room, children’s room or bedroom, the NOOK strikes a lively figure anywhere as a stool or a side table. Especially ingenious: NOOK is made of VarioLine®, an innovative plastic, making it extremely sturdy and above all weatherproof. It is an attractive, cheerfully-coloured companion in the garden or terrace in all seasons and all weather. A refreshing newness within the furniture market: An innovative and weatherproof material combined with an astonishing design – a must-see, must-touch and must-have all rolled into one. To start the new decade, the young VIAL brand is introducing to the market an item of furniture that satsfies the longing for something new while prompting curiosity for further products. The NOOK stool has what it takes to ‘make itself at home’ over the long term within the furniture market. Available in: black, white, grey, purple, red or beige, Ø 36,5 h 44 cm, weight 5,5 kg.
