AJ Royal is state-of-the-art. Hemispherical fixture housing. Soft uplight emitted through stepped ring louvres moulded to fit the shape of the fixture. Finish white, wet painted, Ø 37 cm, 1 x 100 W. Shades: Spun aluminium. Rings: Steel. Mounting Suspension type: Cable 3x0,75mm². Canopy: Yes. Cable length: 3m. Weight Max. 4kg. Class Ingress protection IP20. Electric shock protection I w. ground. F-mark: Yes. Designed by Arne Jacobsen in 1960 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen (Radisson Blu) and was part of the total design concept created for the hotel. Several of the products created for the hotel are regarded as design icons and within the lighting industry the AJ-lamps in particular have obtained world-fame. In connection with the 50th anniversary of the launch of the AJ lighting family, five new colour variants were introduced. The new colours are carefully chosen from an updated Arne Jacobsen colour concept.
