OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture) commissioned Quinze & Milan to furnish the Seattle Public Library, a project for which the seating system had to comply with the strict standards of the ISDA. SEATTLE CROSS is also available upholstered in leather and fabric. Custom color or sizes are available upon request. PU FOAM - net density: 44kg / m3 (ISO 845) - rigidity: CDL 40% at 6.5 KPa (ISO 338) - compression strength: 25% - 200 N / 40% 260 N / 65% 530 N (ISO 2439) - permanent deformation: 75% less than 10% (ISO 1856) - elongation at break: > 100% (ISO 1798) - stress resistance: > 70 KPa (ISO 1798) - crack resistance: > 200 N/M (ISO 8067) - resilience: H > 40% (ASTM D3574) RESISTANCE TO ABRASION 100.000 Martindale (EN ISO 12947 pt.2) FLAME RESISTANCE Our QM™ Coated Foam products can be made flame resistant by using special foam and coating against extra cost of 20%, so to comply with: British Standard CRIB5 / French M4 / German B2 / Cal.tech.117 / DIN EN1021-1 (sigaret test) WEATHER – WATER RESISTANCE QM™ Coated Foam: QM™ Coated Foam is water and weather proof up and above minus 10 degrees Celcius. COLOR STABILITY color coating UV additives: QM™ Coated Foam is UV–COLOR stable European M1 / M2. CLEANING PRESCRIPTION - general: Luke warm water with soft detergent, wool cloth. - hard stains: diluted Pinesol or Solarine use per instructions of producer product. Seattle Cross is available in many colours for in- and outdoor, 152 x 152 h 70 sh 40 cm.
